Shipping policy

These are digital products. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies. Shopify sends the order confirmation after checkout. Luminoxis then manually fulfils the order and Digital Products sends the download email. Delivery is targeted within one South African business day after a successful order, subject to payment confirmation and fraud or technical review.

Each customer may open or download the supplied package up to five times. If the delivery email does not arrive, check spam and then contact Luminoxis with the order number. Do not forward or publish a download link.
